With 100% Pinot Noir it has great colour of peach and onion skin, very polished and shiny. On the nose- aromas of Gibbston and rose with scents of mineral and red cherry, red melon and raspberry. Has a silky texture as the wine touches the palate then flavours of fresh red cherry, apple skin, some peach and red papaya. Overall a balanced and well-made wine that should be served chilled.
